Hairtag! Review

Hi! Hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
So I had heard about Hairtag! on twitter and was really curious about them.
Here is a little more about Hairtag!:
Hairtag! creates the most innovative, fun, and easy-to-use beauty items. Hairtag! Basic is our first product which attached to hair and provides wonderful hold without weighing hair down. It is a handy tool for during makeup sessions and beauty rituals. It is so simple to use. Just press onto hair and it holds hair in place! Unlike clips, pins and hair bands, it doesn't leave streaks on hair or flatten your hair. Also wonderful for holding bangs and shorter hair in the front.

So as you can see I was really curious to see how well they work. I have thick, long hair and bangs that never stay out of my way. After I tried it on, I was extremely surprised! My hair actually stayed in place! My bangs did not move and I was able to do my makeup without an interruption. I want to get some for my growing makeup kit because they can come in very handy when doing makeup on others.

So check out the website and twitter! They are even going to have released next month, one called Bling Bling that is silver and in a cute bow shape!

Make Up For Ever HD Blush Review

Hi everyone! First off, need to apologize for not blogging as much as usual. I have been super busy with family, friends, and well basically life. But now that everything has been resolved, I'm back to blogging!
So here I am back with the Make Up For Ever HD blush review. Overall, this review is in-between. There is good and bad with this blush. I will get into that though.
I got #5 Nip Slip (Neutral Pink):

This blush is being called lip tars for the cheeks. It is extremely pigmented and you don't need a whole pump. Not even half, like 1/3. One bottle could probably last you a good long while. Seriously. Now that's pretty good because you don't have to keep buying the same color, it will last you. Now the downside, is that they are so pigmented, it can be a pain to put on. If you use too much, it looks ridiculous. Another down, is the price. $25 for a blush. I got mine at the show for $15, so I went for it. I don't know if I can really see myself buying more or even all for the price.

Now it's different if we are talking about this product for a makeup kit. I would definitely buy most of these to have in my kit for clients. My own personal makeup stash, probably not. So it just depends on what your buying them for, and what you really want from this blush.

So is it worth trying? Sure. Is it something you must have in your own makeup stash? Probably not a must.

Hope this helps most of you thinking about getting this product! =D

The Makeup Show LA Day 2 + Goodies

Hi!
I am officially done with The Makeup Show LA for this year. Such a blast! Day 2 was different. Very exciting, but hardly any people compared to day 1, which was actually pretty nice. I saw a couple of more people this time, like @tobetterskin @oliviamakeup @EnKoreMakeup and of course @queenofblending =)

Just a few pics:
I was only there for a couple of hours, so sorry for not as many pictures =/

But here is what I bought:
Z Palette
OCC loose colours
Spatula
Korres Lip Set
Metal Palette

Yay! So the makeup show was a complete success. I wish I would of seen everyone I wanted to, but so happy I did meet who I did. Thanks to The Makeup Show and look forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Reviews and looks coming up next! =D

Hey everyone!
So day 1 for The Makeup Show LA went really good! Super packed and I was dizzy with a headache by the time I left. I saw a couple of people which was great! I saw @LittleDivaTutus @BFTECosmetics @queenofblending and a few other people.

I took a couple of pics from the show:

And here are the goodies that I bought:
Mehron Palette in Pastel
OCC Lip Tars in Hush and Demure
2 Crown Brushes
MUFE HD Blush in #5

Not very much, but I stayed practical about what I bought! haha I can't wait to review the blush and use my palette.
Hope you enjoyed!
